Raising a Concern or Complaint

We are committed to addressing all concerns promptly, fairly, and professionally. If something is not right, please let us know so we can make it right.

Step 1: Contact Your Relationship Officer

Each client is assigned a Relationship Officer responsible for overseeing service and addressing concerns. We encourage you to raise issues directly with them for quick resolution.

Step 2: Escalate to Management

If you are not satisfied with the response received, or if your concern involves your Relationship Officer, you may escalate the matter to Management:

  • You can also reach out to the Managing Director on md@myansmed.com if you are not satisfied with the response from the Administrator.
