Step 1: Choose Your Preferred Home Care Package

Step 2: Schedule an Assessment
Pick a convenient date and time for our Care Manager to visit your home and conduct a needs assessment.

Step 3: In-Home Assessment
Our experienced Care Manager will conduct a professional assessment—this typically takes up to 3 hours. Based on your condition, preferences, and goals, a care plan will be developed.
Step 4: Personalized Care Plan & Caregiver Assignment
We will design a tailored care plan and select the most suitable caregiver for your case.
Step 5: Caregiver Introduction
We’ll introduce your caregiver before care begins to ensure you’re comfortable and confident.
Step 6: Care Begins
Once everything is confirmed, care begins at your convenience, bringing you peace of mind and dedicated support.

Step 2: Book Your Assessment

Step 3: Physiotherapy Assessment
Our physiotherapist will visit to assess your condition and mobility challenges.
Step 4: Treatment Plan Discussion
A tailored treatment plan will be discussed and agreed upon with you or your family.
Step 5: Choose Your Session Schedule
You get to choose the most convenient days and times for your therapy sessions.
Step 6: Begin Your Physiotherapy
Therapy begins as scheduled—with consistent support from our professional team.
A commitment fee of GHC500 is required on the day of assessment. This will be credited toward your first invoice if services begin.
