Submit Required Documents to Email Provided

Fill Pre-Employment Health Screening Form:

Take the New Applicants Exam:
Ensure you read the Employee Handbook first.

Orientation:

You will be given instructional videos to watch on the following topics;

  • Training on Electronic Patient Folder (EPF)
  • Entering Daily Care Notes
  • Blood Pressure (BP)
  • Pulse
  • Medications

Join the New Applicants WhatsApp Group

Slot Selection and Orientation

In the WhatsApp group, you’ll be notified of open cases. After selecting a slot, you’ll be invited for:

  • Interview
  • Medical Screening
  • EPF Orientation
  • Case-specific Orientation
  • Criminal Clearance from Police Headquarters

⏰ This entire process takes approximately 9 hours. Report to the office by 8:00 AM and expect to finish by 5:00 PM.
🛏 Accommodation support is available for applicants from outside Accra.

💼 After Successful Completion:

  • Receive your Appointment Letter
  • Be added to our official Staff WhatsApp Group
  • Get access to our Employee Electronic Platform
  • Be introduced to your client to begin work
